Meet our founder
Harper Recruitment was founded by Joslyn after years of working within corporate environments and sales-focused roles, where she developed a strong understanding of how businesses grow through the people they hire.
While managing internal hiring within her own organisation, Joslyn gained first hand insight into the recruitment process from the employer’s perspective. Through this experience, she recognised a common challenge faced by many businesses, roles were being filled, but the long-term alignment between the company and the candidate was often missing.
As colleagues and industry contacts began asking for support with their own hiring needs, what initially started as helping a few businesses identify the right people for key roles quickly grew into a broader opportunity.
With over a decade of experience across sales and recruitment, Joslyn established Harper Recruitment with the goal of bringing a more personal and relationship driven approach back to the hiring process. The focus is simple: understanding both the business and the individual to create stronger, more sustainable placements.
Today, Joslyn works closely with growing organisations across Australia to help them identify and attract professionals who can genuinely contribute to their long-term success.
